WanYing Metal is the export brand of Dongguan Wanying Trading Co., Ltd., a fastener tooling supplier based in Dongguan, China. Standard die and pin parts start from 10-50 pieces; custom parts depend on complexity. Send your drawing for an exact MOQ.
Can you manufacture from drawings or samples?
Yes. We specialize in OEM/ODM. Send 2D/3D drawings or a physical sample; our engineers review feasibility and quote within 24 hours.
What materials and finishes are available?
Materials include carbon steel, SS304/316, alloy steel, SKD61/SKH51, tungsten carbide and brass; finishes include zinc, nickel, Dacromet, black oxide, passivation and PVD.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard parts: samples 5-7 days, bulk 2-4 weeks; custom tooling 2-6 weeks depending on complexity.
